The expo was a place to network and meet great people from Mexican and international industrial companies. The event was very well organized and all exhibitors were excited to share their products and company information.
According to the Tijuana EDC, (a non-profit organization helping companies to establish operations in Tijuana) ”More than 565 companies from 20+ different countries are integrated with and comprise the Tijuana manufacturing ecosystem.
From global leaders to small companies, they access world’s major markets by seaports, land and airports; recruit the best bicultural talent in the country; represent a workforce of over 185 000 people; enjoy of world-class industrial infrastructure, besides, they save between 19%-40% total cost to market”.
Globalization is here to stay, and it makes it easier for businesses to connect with companies from around the world!
I had a great experience meeting new people and learning about industrial products that I don’t see every day.
I visited some stands and exchanged business cards, trying not to take too much time from the exhibitors, since they are at the event to obtain leads for sales, but I met very nice people (that could become friends over time) and at a later date, I will introduce my help and graphic design services to the appropiate department.
It is exciting to discover all the opportunities that globalization can bring to businesses of any size!
Of course I also love the “goodies” that exhibitors gave to visitors... What type of events have you attended lately? What do you like best about your industry?
